  • DO NOT MOVE HERE. There are too many things wrong with this place for me not to write a review and warn others. Problem 1.) vandalism- I was here only a year and in that year my front window was broken, my car was drawn on with sharpie marker, decorations were stolen from my fenced in patio, and twice I observed someone trying to break into cars. My girlfriend was over for a visit one night and when she went to leave she found a knife on her front seat, someone had tried to break through her car window since it wasn't quite rolled up all the way. Problem 2.) Maintenance- I don't think they have a very big staff for how big and how old the community is. It's really apparent once living in these town homes, how cheap the upgrades are and how many corners they cut when installing cabinets, drawers, and flooring. My drawers constantly fell out because they were resting on nails and not actually fastened to a track, I had to fill out 3 requests to have it fixed and they never properly installed any of them. AND it takes at least two weeks to get someone out to fulfill the maintenance request. Each time I filled one out, it ended with me having to make multiple phone calls or a stormy appearance in the office to get something done, this was super frustrating. I realize it's a rental and cheap comes with the territory but this was a bit ridiculous. Problem 3.) Lack of procedural knowledge and organization by the office staff. Most of the staff is friendly and nice but I definitely think they lack knowledge of their own policies. I can't tell you how many times I'd be told one thing and then something else by the manager. For example, I was told when I moved out early I'd get my security deposit back after I paid my lease buyout. And I signed and a office member signed a document saying so. Needless to say when I asked for my deposit I was told by the manager that since I bought out the lease and left early that I forfeited my deposit. I didn't even fight it, I'm just so done with this place. It's located in a great area and the price is attractive. But Trust me, there's better out there and this place isn't worth the stress.
