rev:text	I would not recommend if you are looking for the best rate or lowest fee's. My realtor suggested I give Academy Mortgage a try when I recently purchased my new home. When I compared their rate and fee's they were higher than any other company/bank I received quotes from. When I asked, there was no good explanation as to why they charge more in closing cost and have higher rates. I saved money and got a better rate going elsewhere at my Bank
