Clean, convenient location. Staff was ok, Mario was good until he realized we didn't like the $1,000 price point for their 3 part foot system. I understand it's a store and he's a salesman trying to make his commission but being a Sales person myself I don't like to come off as a "pushy car salesman". I find out what my clients needs are and what their willingness to pay is. Obviously anyone walking into a place has to know they are going to spend money, but using tactics such as "going to the podiatrist really isn't going to work, you need something to go hand in hand" or if I don't want to apply for care credit and trying to make me feel guilty because the purchase is for my mother isn't really going to sit well with me and definitely will not prompt me to come back regardless of the "40 some odd years" Good Feet has been in business. In order to uphold a positive legacy you need to understand clients as a whole. It's about genuinely caring about the consumer not making a LARGE SALE. I won't be back.
