  • I have had Aptive for a little over a year and switched to them as they were organic. They have done an ok job and have come out when I needed a respray, which has been several times. Today however has left a really sour taste in mouth as we had a respray scheduled due to seeing a couple scorpions both inside and outside the house. The guy was friendly enough, but only sprayed the perimeter of the house! Didn't touch the yard or it's perimeter and refused to do the inside of the house as it"wasn't on the work order". For the price of the service, the somewhat frequent repeats, the fact that the person who took my recent respray request repeated we had seen scorpions both inside and out, and the technician refused to spray inside, I can't give this company more than two stars.
