  • I went here for my first and last time. I went to the mall to get my services done because I figured they would be cleaner then the other nail salons. From the outside it looks nice, inside looks unorganized but I went ahead and did my manicure and pedicure anyways. The pedicure was super rushed, but I guess that's why they charge 20 dollars. The nail files and buffers did not look clean at all. Worst thing ever was after she finished painting she tried to put these dirty flip flops on me! Why the hell don't they have disposable ones? That grossed me out and I refused to wear them. After that she did my manicure, that wasn't any better, again everything was dirty! They didn't even have any visible disinfectant, all I saw was alcohol. Which she sprayed my cuticle cutter with before she cut my cuticles. To properly clean tools they must be put in disinfectant for at least 10 minutes, and then sprayed with alcohol. They clearly have no idea how to sanitize anything. Even the thing I put my hands in was covered in dirt. Everything was filthy, I hope I don't end up with nail fungus. Please do not waste your time and money going here. If I could give this place zero stars i would!
