  • My family is now two weeks without any AC during the unbearable Vegas summer. They had a tech come out THREE times (where each visit took 2-3 days for someone to come out and look at the air conditioner), who all did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. Their next scheduled tech didn't even show up or call, and when my brother got a hold of someone and explained the situation, the rep responded with "It's not my problem. Now will you be paying with a credit card? You can also pay the tech when he arrives at your house". BRUH, you're not getting a dime until you start giving a damn that your lack of concern nor the competence to do your job could be the result why people might end up in the hospital due to overheating. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They're monsters. They will let you bake to death in your own home and they won't give a shit. How is this still a running business? I DON'T KNOW.
