  • This was the worst experience I have ever had renting a car. We first went to the Avis in the airport where we were sent to Avis at our hotel MGM. At our hotel they sent us to Aira Avis where they had given our car away. They wanted to charge us 12 dollar a day upgrade for their mistake in giving our car away. The entire experience took several hours out of my trip. I would never use them again.
