  • We Came here for the extra SERVICE we've come to expect when paying the extra cost. Arrived for our movie, found our seats, decided on a drink,some popcorn and sushi. We thought the service light may have been out of order when we pushed it, waited 30 mins and were never acknowledged. My better half walked down to the lobby to find someone, and was told someone would be up to take our order. We waited an additional 10 minutes before he went back to the lobby to place our order. No explanation or apology for why we had not been greeted. The food arrived by two different people in about 10 mins. We ate and wanted a refill of the $6.00 coke. This time I had to use the restroom so I went and asked for a refill on the way there. The bathroom was filthy. Trash on the floor, wet sinks, clogged sinks and unflushed toilets. The refill arrived 10 mins after I ordered it. Extremely disappointed in the cleanliness and attentiveness of staff. Our theater only had about 12 other people so I'm wondering if all the staff was attending to Star Wars opening weekend.
