  • One of the stars is for the amenities. It's a real shame such a great location has been ruined by head management's total disregard for their tenants. They promise you things to get you to sign the lease, then once you do, they pretend they didn't say it. I wish they would be honest and simply charge what they want up front, rather than live in a place where I'm always being sleazed out of more money. Feels like living in an extortion prison. If you like FIRE ALARMS destroying your eardrums 13 times in only a few weeks, and robbing you of sleep, then this is the place for you! Management pretends to care but doesn't do anything about it. Each time it happens, they say that's the last time and it won't happen any more.... It's gone off 8 MORE times since they promised me it wouldn't go off again. A lot of things around the building don't work, and their reply is they don't plan to fix them. One thing I really do like compared to other places I've lived, and why they get an additional star, is they don't have the residents filling the hallways with trash. (this is something some complexes do to squeeze more money out of their residents, passing it off as a "valet trash feature". Yeah, it's a feature if you like being forced to pay extra money for your home to look and smell like a trash dump.) If they start treating their community kindly and honor their promises made at lease signing, I will come back and update this review. - Christina
