  • Absolutely astounded at the level of service I received at this location. I was traveling from Palm Springs, CA back to Boise, ID when a tire blew out on my truck 30 miles from Henderson. My truck is a full size Dodge Ram with 35" tires, not an easy tire to replace in a pinch. We called Discount from the road and they said they had something in stock that would work. We arrived on the spare and spoke to Alex, there was a line of cars waiting for service but he was very fast at coming out to look at my truck. My right front tire had blown out, but the left front was the same tire and age as the blown tire, Alex inspected the tires and informed me the other tire was likely on its way out as well. He didn't try to force me into another tire but given the fact I was still 750 miles from home I decided on two new tires. My rear tires need replaced soon as well so now I was looking at $1,500-2,000 for a set of four, but they didn't have the style of tire I wanted in stock. Alex started looking for a single tire just to get me home and it was coming in around $400. He then offered to check in the back and came out with two used tires in the size I needed and gave me an absolutely amazing deal on them. We settled on that and despite how busy they were 45 minutes later we had two front tires and were back on the road to home. I was seriously dreading going to a tire shop when they knew I was desperate and had every opportunity to squeeze a lot of money out of me. Alex went above and beyond to find a solution for me and to get us back on the road as fast as possible. Can't recommend Alex enough!
