You are right. It didn't reflect your business values. Because your value is you don't care about your customers. I made an appointment with one of your sales person on a specific vehicle on a specific time. You could have called me when the vehicle was sold before I went all way at night from my home to your store. But you didn't. And I came there to to be told nothing but "Unfortunately it is sold". Yeah, your customers are cheap and their time is cheap too.
