  • Called this company yesterday because we suddenly had a swarm of bees in the upper level of our home. Will say they came out within the time frame quoted, but after no more than 20 minutes going through the house and spraying the areas where bees were found, we were charged $495 for the service. In conversations with others who have had bees exterminated, we learned that we paid 4x what most other services charge. Shame on me for not checking their BBB rating, which is an "F"! Note that bee removal does not mean they remove them, they only spray and you are left with the mess of removing the dead carcasses, which in our case are thousands of bees. Absolutely do not call this firm if you have a bee problem!
