  • I never thought I would leave an oral surgeon's office feeling eager to get home and write a positive Yelp review. This morning, I started feeling the unmistakable pain and inflammation of pericoronitis. I called Dr. Eugene Kim's office at about 11AM, asking if I could see him to have a wisdom tooth extracted on short notice, because I'm leaving town tomorrow. They got me in at 3PM. He wound up recommending that we extract both the top and bottom wisdom teeth on that side, because if the bottom one was gone, the top one would still be able to bite down on the exposed gum. I knew that to be true, because I'd accidentally chomped down on it many times before. The entire procedure, from the second he started the numbing injection to the moment I was getting up out of the chair, lasted less than 20 minutes. AND he had to cut one of the teeth, due to it being somewhat impacted. I couldn't believe how quick and easy it was. The staff was extremely helpful, efficient, and sweet. Couldn't possibly have had a better experience getting teeth pulled.
