  • My husband took my son to get a FADE and the OLD MAN who claims to be the manager cut his hair and it was NOT a fade. Instead it looked like he took one size and buzzed his whole head. Then as my husband was upset and complaining the dumb barber still had no clue what a fade was. So my husband paid and left....HELL NO I WILL NOT LET ME SON LOOK LIKE AN IDIOT so I had to go down after work and be mean! That's when I was told the old man was the manager and I needed to talk to him I REFUSED to allow him to touch it again I said I wanted a refund but they said I had to wait for him to get back. Well the lady towards the front who is sweet as ever said she would fix it and she did a great job SHE KNEW WHAT A FADE WAS!!!! If I wasn't so upset I would've paid more but under the circumstances I will not give them another dime! Anyhow the manager walks in and the blonde lady is whispering to him in the back letting him know about me and he WALKS OUT!!! Couldn't even be PROFESSIONAL enough to approach me and apologize or offer a refund! I will NEVER step foot there again! Maybe they should send the old man manager back to school to learn how to cut hair!!!! If I could leave no stars I would! But that 1 is for the nice lady who fixed it.
