  • Called them to ask if they could do a simple repair, the guy on the phone said "No problem, come right over!" and I was there 10 minutes or less. When I arrived he promptly said he could NOT do the repair. OK--then why waste my time. If you didn't have the part--say so on the phone. BTW, I was referred to Husband's by a long term customer. I would have liked a decent repair shop minutes from my house--but they don't waste my time when I clearly explained the issue on the phone. Hell, I'll drive further than 10 minutes for an honest mechanic to work on my cars.
