  • GET YOUR FURNITURE ELSEWHERE! NOT WORTH IT! Well the furniture they have does look nice, BUT the quality isn't there. On top of the poor quality the customer service is horrible. We will start off with a couch we purchased. Within the first two days of receiving the couch the frame broke. Fortunately it was within their three day window. They ordered a new one and arrived in two weeks since it was a custom color. Four months go by with the replacement and the frame breaks again. We used the warranty we purchased and was given a store credit to purchase another couch. So while shopping multiple times the living spaces representatives told us make sure you call the warranty to get a free cleaning kit just in case you spill something. So we purchased a new couch and got the warranty. Finally I reach out to get the cleaning kit. They immediately transferred me to the warranty company the warranty company tells me that if living spaces said that they should provide it. They kept on bouncing the fault back and forth. To the point the living spaces rep would transfer me while I was in mid sentence instead of having the warranty company on the line to get a resolution. Upset I ask to speak to a manager for the multiple false statements I received from reps and their customer service. When the manager called I was unable to answer the call and they left a voicemail. Since the voicemail had no resolution I called their customer service AGAIN!!! The rep said I cannot talk to a manager because the voicemail was the resolution. Are you kidding me! She said that unless there is another issue she can't have a manager give me a call. I wanted to speak to the manager because they have dropped the ball on many levels. If I'm a customer I should be able to speak to a manager that's their job! I guess this will be the only way I can actually speak to someone higher up in loving spaces. If not this is a warning for future customers. I will never again step into a living spaces again. I WILL ADVISE TO STAY AWAY!
