  • Terrible experience! Had Two Bagsters in my front yard for the past three days casual they said have it ready by Monday and we can pick it up by Wednesday. It rained for the past three days making the bags wilt. So, the truck comes the man gets out takes half the trash out of one bag puts it on top of the other and only takes the now mostly empty bag. I think, well maybe they only had enough room in the truck for part of the load. They'll bring another truck little later. I waited, no one came. I called. Customer service told me that the reason the second reason wasn't picked up is because it was full. I am so frustrated. I called 1-800-got-junk. Problem soled. Waste management things they have you because there is no alternative well there is you don't have to put up the terrible customer service. There are many companies that can you get your trash.
