I would give a "0" if I could. I had the same issues as other reviewers. The techs were filthy (literally dirty clothes, hands and faces) and not trained in customer service. Made me very uncomfortable to let them in my house. And they smelled so bad - it was like they were homeless people. I am not exaggerating. They came on 2 separate appts trying to fix an AC unit covered by my home warranty. On the second appt, they kept me waiting for 5 hours and then never showed. On the second, I waited 7 hours before they arrived. Once here, the tech replaced a lot of parts trying to solve the problem. But he never fixed it. I refused further service from this company and finally paid out of pocket to get the unit fixed. Home warranty should drop this vendor - total embarrassment to them.
