  • I spoke with Steve and he was great! First they do service in our area but they don't do pool cleaning in our area and he made a great suggestion for pool cleaning. We feel we will have our pool in better condition and have confidence going forward for reasonable price and service. Mike from Pink Dolphin did come out because we had a problem with our heater for the pool and spa. He was able to diagnose the problem and today he not only installed the part that needed replacing but he took time to help us understand how to turn things on and discussed what to do and not to do when caring for our pool and spa. We are new at this and I'm so grateful I read reviews and Pink Dolphin lived up to what people were saying. THANK YOU!!!!! Steve, Mike and Stephen for your help in fixing the heater, making suggestion for service, and giving us a great experience and confidence owning a pool and spa.
