  • I went to Toni and Guy yesterday after going to Great Clips just the day before. I went to Great Clips and asked for a stacked a line cut, and left in tears. Not only did I have gaps in the hair on the back of my head but it was not at all what I asked for. I was very nervous to have anyone else touch my hair but I am so glad I went Toni and Guy!!! I called and was quickly set up with an appointment with Carmen and Holly. I walked into the salon and was immediately greeted by a woman at the front desk, and she let Carmen know I had arrived. Carmen was an awesome, outgoing person and talked with me through out the entire coloring process. She gave me some good tips for keeping up with my color and made me feel comfortable asking any questions I had. I then moved over to Holly's chair to have my hair trimmed up and styled. Holly completely patched up Great Clips' messy job and made my hair look sleek and sexy! She was super friendly and nice and also made me feel very comfortable. I could not be any happier with my hair! Carmen and Holly, you guys are absolutely AMAZING!! Toni and Guy is my new go to!!
