  • I can't say enough great things about Primary Pet Care, I love their staff & I love their prices! This is the place to go if you are on a budget or a really tight schedule and need basic vaccinations or basic care. Although I also love Memorial Animal Hospital, I had been going there 1 to 2 times per month in hopes of getting rid of a continuous ear infection issue my pitt had. Of course they charged me for every single visit & meds that only got rid of the problem for a week or two but didn't prevent it from reoccurring. I had discussed changing to a grain-free diet with them but was told that wasn't the cause. I decided to stop second guessing myself, I work in the vet field but my "work" experiences have been horrific! So thanks to multiple toxic environments, I second guess myself & have no confidence in my knowledge/skills. Yet Primary didn't make me feel stupid when I suggested changing Destiny's diet to them. I explained why I felt this was the right choice & asked for their input- not only was I correct but they helped me find the right type of grain-free food (nothing with chicken for anyone in the same boat! It night say grain-free but chickens eat grain so it needs to be salmon or lamb!!!) Thanks to them & the process of elimination, I'm saving hundreds that I was wasting at Memorial. Again, the staff here is great! The offices and waiting room is always clean and you can't beat the prices :)
