rev:text	We came to Bocata the first night of my bachelorette party in Montreal -- and thank god we did because it was amazing! The service: 1 word: VICTORIA. We were immediately seated as we had a reservation and Victoria our waitress greeted us. She was SO sweet and gave us some of the best wait service we've ever had. She really made it such a fun dining experience. We ordered shots at the end of our meal, Bocata covered a round and each time she took a shot with us. She helped my friends pick out a bottle of wine and was so patient with them. At the end of the meal we asked her if she knew any fun bars for us to go to and went and wrote a little list on paper and ever checked her Facebook to see what parties were happening that night. We actually used her list all weekend! ABOVE AND BEYOND! The food: Over all it was to die for. For appetizers we ordered the burrata, the cheese plate, and the asparagus (its in season right now in Montreal). All were great, but the burrata was outstanding. I ordered the sea bass, it came out crispy skinned and cooked to perfection on top of almost a purred hummus mixture. DELICIOUS. One of my friends ordered the crab and lobster squid ink risotto and O M G - out of this world. My other friend claimed "this may be the best dish I've ever had" referring to her lobster carbonara. Ambiance: Sexy and dark ... all the other patrons here were nice too! If you are in Montreal... make this reservation, you will not regret it!!
