  • If I could give this bridal boutique a zero, I would. We were paired with Beth as my sister's consultant. We were so excited for her first appointment and left feeling absolutely horrible. My sister went through the racks, and all seemed to be well. The ambiance and feel Of the store is truly romantic and beautiful. As soon as my sister came out in the first dress, I could tell my sister was uncomfortable. The consultant was not energetic and had no interest in engaging with her client's needs. I came back to the room with her and she was crying towards the middle of the appointment. My sister shared that she felt she wasn't being listened to and the consultant was not patient. The next thing I know, my sister comes out in her clothes and says the appointment is over. We planned on enjoying 90 minutes together, celebrating my sister's special day. The consultant shared that she thought my sister seemed confused and overwhelmed so she ended the appointment. My sister was in tears and so disappointed. The consultant, Beth, shared that she was the sales lead when we asked for the manager. She offered that she appreciated our feedback, but it seemed completely disingenuous. I am shocked at the level of unprofessionalism at this bridal store, and I would recommend you go elsewhere if you are looking for some place that offers exceptional customer service.
