  • I divide my time between NYC and Vegas. I've had this place for over 2 years, and I have truly loved living here. Francine and Linda (former management) were the life of this community. About a month ago, new management company by the name of Pinnacle has taken over, and this place has literally gone this shit in no time flat. They fired all the old staff in one place swoop, and new staff is extremely rude an arrogant. In particular, the new assistant manager Reynessa is an absolutely nasty, rude, and unprofessional person. I had an issue with late fees I believed to be unfair, that were related to the poor transition and their inability to accept online payments as they always have. I went to discuss and words can't describe how immature and petty her handling was. It wasn't about the late fees, as much as her very poor and nasty energy of the discussion. Definitely not what you would expected from a 'luxury' property where rent is significantly higher than some of the best areas of Las Vegas. I have referred 4 current tenants from New York who also divide their time. I will not be referring anyone else, and as of now, we all are in agreeance not to renew our leases that are soon approaching. All of my neighbors agree that the vibe has changed and are all speaking of moving if it doesn't get better fast. Do yourself a favor an do not rent here under this new management. There are many other luxury properties that understand the true luxury experience and service. This isn't that place any longer.
