  • How have I not written a review of this place? Wow. Well here is my review and, I gotta say, Fat Choy is freaking great! We've been in a few times and had several of there items (pork belly and duck bao, the Fat Choy burger with pork belly, the sparerib grilled cheese, and today's special a pork belly BLT). All of these dishes are amazing. Service is fast and friendly. In all our visits I don't think a drink cup has ever hit the empty point. This is a great little place hidden away in the Eureka Casino. It's amazing. That's really all you need to know.
