  • My husband I recently purchased several items from this Ashley location. Michael was our salesman - he did a great job and was quite helpful without being pushy. I'm also going to leave a separate review for the MLK location - Oscar the "superstar" (not a superstar in my book) sales guy in particular. If I could leave negative stars for that guy, I would. Let me just recommend avoiding that location or at the very least OSCAR! Why you ask? Please read my review for him which will be separate! I really want to highlight the excellent customer service rec'd at this location. Because we had such a bad experience with Oscar (okay, okay... In a nutshell..... He pulled the old "bait and switch" on us.....more details in the other review..)...... We went back to this locale as its closer to where we live, Planning to cancel our order of several thousand dollars..... Just felt ripped off by the company in general - because of that Oscar. Let me just say that DAWN saved the day and saved our order. She, being a manager, was able to fix the problem on the spot! I highly recommend shopping this location and again highlight our amazing experience with both Michael, and later Dawn. Thanks so much!!! Love our new stuff!
