  • The only reason why im putting 3 stars is because dr. Nakamura is a very good doctor. I heard so many bad things about how horrible there staff is but i figured the doctor was highly recommended and to give it a shot, i work for a pediatric specialist as well and i know and understand how busy it gets. But i called monday and left messages and no one has got back to me, it is now thursday so i called again, and the lady that answered was beyond rude, as i was explaining whats going on i asked her if she needs my daughters DOB, her answer is. "Its not necessary, it wont help me" i paused and was shocked of her answer so i said well i need help she probably realize what she did and ask for my childs DOB then she said again for the second time the medical assistant will call ( still no call back by the way) from what i understand they had a 24 hour turn around period to call back patients, ( maybe im wrong ) when we were almost done i said "ok thank you" i realize she had already hanged up the phone. We all have our bad days i get that but to be rude to a parents is unnecessary. I have no choice but to see the doctor, please be more nice and professional when talking to a parent, theres only 1 thing we want and thats for our child to get taken care off.
