  • I had a 3 enchilada plate with jack cheese and Christmas sauce. Short rib, pork, and mushroom spinach, with slaw and pickled onions on top. The short rib was my favorite, followed by the pork. The spinach was a miss for me. No mushroom flavor. Only tiny bits among the spinach. But overall, the food was tasty. I like the concept, but wish they had rice and beans as optional sides instead of just chips. I spent $14 on the enchiladas and drink but wasn't entirely filled up.
