  • I have had the worst experience with this company! Jeff, the sales guy was very nice, but was not upfront at all with me about the company and how they would handle my move.... He said I would be working with All My Sons from start to finish and they would be the ONLY company that would be handling my move. - This was not the case!! They sub-contracted it out to National Van Lines b/c they are not allowed by law to move state to state. I found out when my things/truck showed up at my new house in Minneapolis. Jeff also said he was going to show up on pack day to personally pack my crystal and very breakable/expensive items.... - He did show up....after I called his manager and told him he said he would be here to do so. Also, I no know why he came to pack those items. The rest of the team there packing did a horrible job with a few things...They put a vase in a box with no packing paper or anything - of course it is going to break! Jeff drew up the quote with a $250 deductible for insurance, from which I signed and paid and then after the fact, they are telling me that I didn't purchase any insurance!!! Also, they are not being helpful in fixing this issue with National Van Lines....I think they are just waiting for me to give up. National Van Lines is saying I didn't pay for insurance with them, but I didn't even know I was going to be working with them until they showed up at my doorstep! They broke over $2500 worth of stuff....and not just little things! My daughter's playhouse, our dresser for the master has a big slice of wood off the back top of it, our restoration hardware dining table has a dent in the side, 3 foot mercury glass vase broken, electric skillet broken, shoe racks, our large wall clock (from Z Gallerie) and an antique frame. So then I had to file claims with National Van Lines, even though it was All My Sons fault and National will only pay me $.60/pound (so that was roughly $130 for all that stuff they broke) - AWFUL! National Van Lines is answering the phone and being helpful, but All My Sons is not!
