  • Beware of meaningless estimates from this clinic. I was provided with a $184 estimate for my dog's teeth cleaning. I had already paid almost $150 for the required blood work during a previous visit. I expected the bill to be higher because extractions were done. I did not expect it to be $433, more than double. Christine, the person called to give me an explanation, has no idea what customer service is. Her explanations were convoluted and meaningless. When I asked why I had not been given an idea of possible costs with extractions in the estimate, her response was that their old system allowed them to do that, but not their new one. Even though we have been coming to this vet for several years, no adjustments were made to the bill. It's obviously time to find a more honest vet clinic.
