  • If I could give this place 0 stars I would. All my mom wanted for her 60th Birthday was to go bowling with her family. Just something super low key to celebrate her day. My sister made a 3 lane reservation about 3-4 weeks in advance and they said ok. So, a group of 15 of us showed up at 2 pm today (Saturday March 3rd) just to be told that there's a tournament going on!!!! WHAT THE HELL!!!!!!!! They claimed they called my sister, but my sister never got a call or voicemail. They blatantly lied straight to our faces. They didn't even try to do anything to make it better. Its now 2:30 on a Saturday and we're trying to find another bowling alley that can accommodate 15 people. Thanks for ruining my mom's birthday.
