  • Customer service was good from whatever lady I called referring to my car being towed and from the guy who helped me at the window but not to happy about the fact that tow truck drivers can state where they get a car without taking a picture of any type of proof of where my car was. I definitely know where I parked and saw the tenant leave from the reserved parking spot that I was supposedly parked in. Timeframe makes no sense. If he left when the call was made and my car was towed in less than 2 hours after ??? So how can someone claim I was in their spot if they weren't there ? Anyone had problems with this company and the tow truck drivers stating that your car was one place without proof ? I would give no stars if it wasn't for the customer service people that helped me get there and helped me get my car out. Also they charged me twice for the same tow and caused my account to overdraft? Wth?
