  • This hotel overall was amazing! Here are the problems we encountered: House keeping staff rude, and loud. They would let the doors slam at 6 am. Bar staff during happy hour was unhelpful and stuck up. The rooms are a bit dark. Things I loved: The location, it was amazing. The bathroom with the rain shower and separate jet tub. The lobby area. Concierge--Rene, he was always our go to person for dining and activities recommendations. The included breakfast and happy hour. The rooftop bar gives a great view of the city. I would definetly stay here again, I miss it! It is just like Europe.
