  • Ordered our carpet from Susan and she seemed like a good salesperson until we questioned her measuring and where seams would be. She is condescending and treats you like you know nothing. She also sold us the "premium" padding and had us walk on it in the show room but what they installed is not the same. We took pictures so know we were scammed. Buyer beware. Better off ordering from carpetexpress.com and having someone from Angie's list install. Installers took 5.5 hours for 2 bedrooms. Slow doesn't even begin to describe their work ethic.
