  • United Nissan deserves NO stars, absolutely, beyond a shadow of a doubt the WORST car buying experience I have ever had. This has been a total nightmare! Went to UNited Nissan because my father had purchased a car there without an issue which is why I went there despite the fact I live in another state. I was purchasing car as an insurance replacement. After spending over 10 hours at dealership I left United Nissan and Las Vegas with the car only to have these Issues: 1. changing contract terms 2. losing my documents I faxed to them per their request and having to spend over $25 to have them re-Faxed. 3. Having car for 1 month, multiple calls reminding United Nissan that my temporary placards were going to expire, spoke to pretty much EVERY member of management trying to get "white slip" so I could register the car. Well plates expire tomorrow and guess what? STILL NO PLATES!!!! Without plates, I Can't even take car back to Las Vegas and walk away from United Nissan all-together. Employees are rude, dishonest, unscrupulous, and incompetent. I will do everything in my power to make sure people know how terrible this dealership and their employees are. STAY AWAY FROM UNITED NUSSAN.
