  • Came here to get impressions for IEM molds. The guy i came in isn't actually a doctor. His name is Roger. I'm getting reshells through In-Earz, they include an instruction sheet for the audiologist. He asked me "what's medium to high viscosity silicon material"? I wanted to pipe up, "shouldn't you know this?" But I said nothing. He read the four lines of instructions for about two minutes. I could sense something was wrong so I asked what's wrong. "Just seems a bit of an overkill." I told him I wasn't comfortable with him doing my impressions. "Ok, here you go" and tossed my sheet back at me. What a jerk. Dr Fynes I got impressions from you about five years ago and you were very nice. Your employee is a jerk, and he needs to learn some customer service. I will never come to your place again thanks to him. And hopefully others will see my review and think again before coming. (Would give Zero if possible)
