  • Super disappointed. Yes the restaurant was busy. The waitress took our order, then we didn't see her again until our party of four was 1/2 way done with our meal, my son walked over to the bar and retrieved his own soda refill. I kept the evil eye contact until she finally came to our table at that point I let her know that our order was incorrect and my food was cold. Her initial reply "I'm busy"
