Recently moved into the area and to me it is about service. First three or four times when I brought in my clothes everything was fine. I brought in shirts to be dry cleaned and unfortunately misplaced one of my shirts. Spoke to the owner Andrew and he told me that he would credit my account for the loss, no problem. So guess what happened....Next time I brought in articles to be cleaned, I asked him use my line of credit and he has the nerve to tell me that he could not recall the conversation that we had! Absolutely incredible! I was stunned. I paid my bill and pointed... "do you know who is across the street... YOUR COMPETITION!!!!"... he did not flinch, did not care.
Extremely brutal service and completely classless.
