  • This is a great BIRD park!! A few other animals here too but 75% birds. Brought about 14 ppl w us, half of our group were kids under 10. Our group came in separate cars, and I wanted to pay for my parents tickets before we got there. I paid w no problem but they do not give out receipts for ur proof of purchase. I told the lady at the counter I would need a receipt as my parents were not w me at the time and were on their way. (This place also has two different entrances). The lady told me I don't need a receipt and to let her know when my parents got there. There are thousands of ppl and two different entrances so I needed that receipt so there would be no problems. I was given an attitude when I insisted on a receipt!!!! Who the hell does that?? Every professional (an non professional) establishment gives proof of purchase. I was told I was keeping ppl waiting by wanting a receipt, so I told the rude lady that if she had given me what I needed in the first place, we would not have this problem. The only pleasant employee here was the skyride worker. Very outgoing and pleasant. Seems like everyone else hates their job. I won't be coming back nor will the huge groups of ppl I normally bring.
