  • I was going to check out a Pirates game and figured it would be a good time to take a tour of Pittsburgh.I learned about this company when I saw them advertised on Groupon. The staff were very nice, but the service itself was terrible. They decided that since there were not a lot of customers on the day I was there, they would cut the services early. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of this until we picked up the bus after our first stop on the tour. They were supposed to drive through three more times afterwards, but we were told that would no longer be the case. I would probably have argued with the staff, but since I used a Groupon, and saved money in comparison to a cab, I decided it wasnt worth it. If I would have paid full price for the service, I would have been a lot more angry about the situation. Just because a service does not get as many customers as it had hoped, it does not excuse them from terminating there service after payment has been made. I would never use this service again and would suggest that others seek a different tour service.
