  • Pacos's has the best tacos in Charlotte, hands down. The Paco's taco is definitely my favorite on the menu but the gringo beef is another, more traditional option that is also fantastic. Do yourself a favor and order some guacamole before dinner, they make it right in front of you and it never disappoints.
