| - I went into yogurt vi last week, and was extremely unimpressed. The yogurt is fine, nothing special, but the customer service is TERRIBLE. While there, their systems shut down, which they explained by saying "this happens all the time". Alright, understandable, technology fails sometimes. HOWEVER, the two employees working made me wait for 15 minutes, and then proceeded to tell me that they needed to restart the systems. Alright, fine, understandable. Then, after I've already been waiting for 20 minutes, they tell me that they are going to take care of everyone else in the store who has cash before restarting the system. By this time, my ice cream has melted, and I'm upset that they're going to expect me to pay for melted ice cream. So I explain to them my concerns and the employee, Sarah, turns to me and says, "if it's such a huge problem for you, I guess I'll just pay for you out of pocket". Excuse me? I'm not one to complain, but that's extremely rude, especially when all I wanted was answers. So I ask if I can speak to her manager, she tells me, "he's not here. This isn't our fault, there are always issues between us and the manager and the manager and corporate. So since it's such a problem, I'll pay for your ice cream". She blatantly embarrassed me and my friend, in front of a line of customers (about 10-12 people). Not to mention bad mouthed her boss and corporate. EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. Needless to say, I will never be going back, and neither will many of my friends.
****Edit***
I originally gave this business a one star, however after hearing about this incident management contacted me and sent me a Yogurt Vi gift card. I am glad that management cares about their customers, and loves for them to have the best possible experience, especially after an incident such as this. It was extremely professional, and showed me that they value their customers. I omit my previous statement, I will again be returning to try this place out.
