  • Did the job, BUT, gave me a quote while on site for a dryer fix, and I trusted it to be reasonable. An hour later, the guy's out the door and I paid the equivalent of $150 an hour for his time. I called, and the argument was "you pay for the repair, not the time" and we can do it fast because we're so good, but that's bull. If you get an estimate, force them to tell you how many hours, how much for the parts before you agree. I was fleeced.
