  • Went in to the store last week to check out some handguns and get some information and after a short wait (Saturdays are packed, be prepared to spend some time if you need help at the gun counter and take a number) an older gentleman was able to show us what we wanted. He didn't rush us, try to upsell us or get annoyed with the countless questions I asked him. He was very helpful, offered suggestions, advice and even told us where we could go for possibly a better deal. It was absolutely excellent customer service. While I ended up purchasing my gun elsewhere, because of him I came back to Cabela's and bought a ton of accessories for my new gun.
