  • You haven't experienced ice cream joy until you have had a cone from Scoop and Joy Lounge! Took my parents, in their 80s, to Phoenix for vacation from Ohio snow. We discovered Scoop and Joy on a whim and were treated to a cone complete with extra ear-scoops and a smile and told that "we were loved" when we left. AND the ice cream is delicious, creamy and spans a wide array of flavors. Kudos to Remzi Kaval for crating an "Ice Cream Wonderland!"
