  • Waited in line for 20 minutes, eventually pulled up to the window. The woman told us they are not running the drive thru in the side we were at. Asked them to tiurn off the light so others don't make the same mistake. She said she has no control over that. Asked if she could put up a sign so others don't make the same mistake. She said she's not allowed to do that. Asked to speak to a manager, she said she is the manager. We were instructed to get out of our car and go to the walk up window or get into the back other line for drive thru.
