This review is for Michael's Grill located in the Holiday Inn.
We have been coming here for a number of years. I have to say the service has gone down hill. Our server was inexperienced. He was not sure of the menu items or what wines where offered. We only needed two place setting but they left the other settings on the table after we were seated. Only when they needed them to reset other tables did the extra settings get removed. The server did take our order, Salads arrived and rolls but had to ask for bread plates. We had two different steak meals that were good. They serve the same multi colored green beans every time. No selection or imagination. The one potato was over cooked and dry. Our server disappeared for a long time. Only after we asked for check did we get refills of water and soda.
Most likely wont be returning.. It is too far to drive. Better places closer by. ,.
We observed at another table a gentlemen of retirement age sat the whole meal with a baseball cap on and had his elbows on the table most of the time. It was a party of six. His wife or companion should have said something. Most people remove there hat indoors still. This is a nice hotel restaurant that is more upscale.
