  • Leaving a poor review for a few reasons. This company did the install. The only thing I was happy with is the actual carpet and that came from home depo. My wife caught The installer blatantly staring at her ass multiple times with no attempt to hide it to the point she was uncomfortable. They installed the pad on the stairs poorly. The pad does not come to the edge so there is a visible line and the edge of the wood is felt. The edges where it transitions to tile in multiple places is loose. They left empty water bottles all over and debris all over the front yard. all the windows were left open or unlocked. When they called to follow up I told the guy about the padding and edges and he was rude because I needed them to come at an inconvenient time. He said he'd get back to me but never did.
