  • WARNINGWARNING DO NOT MOVE HERE.... when i first started the process of moving in these apartments it was a camden property and i was working closely with josie . Gave her 300 to move in then when it was time to move in she was gone and the entire apartment had switched to Torreyana . I figured that was pretty f'd up why take someone's money then not inform them off changes . Anyway so the new manager end up helping me and sorting things out for me to move in . That manager and those leasing agents were here for approx. 2-3 months then there were more new leasing agents . Then i notice great danes , pit bulls and German Shepard but they have a breed restriction and prevent my companions dog from visiting because someone complained n sent footage of them aggravating him while on the patio , forcing him to bark,,, REALLY ?!?!? By this time there were new leasing agents and property managers again. Come February they put a lease renewal on my door stating to renew . Instead i decide to put in a 60 day notice to vacate. Because of my work schedule i was behind on searching for a place and didn't decide on a particular spot until a couple days before my 60 day notice was up. So at this time i went into the office to see about a day 2 day. Asst manager said for me to stay from the 1st to the 15th would be almost 800 so then i ask about the remainder of the month she said it would be almost 1700 ? So i specifically remember my lease saying if i go month to month it would be only 1 extra hundred tacked on but according to them that was not the case. So she grabs my file and as I'm sitting on the opposite side of her desk i see as clear as day my lease ends july 31st ? So i ask about it. She states that me putting in my 60 day notice was breaking my lease and they were basically going to charge early term fee after i moved out even tho they put a lease renewal on my door ... wtf ?!?!?! So they supposedly fix my lease to where its correct but i done found somewhere else to go and i explained that to the asst. And she said it's my fault and basically I'm stuck unless i pay the early term fee . After speaking with her she put the manager on the phone who tries to furthermore put the blame on me , no you retarded broad its yawl fault not mine .Im explaining in return i did not put a notice on yawl door yawl put one on mines ...hangs up the phone in my face for what i do not know. I cursed at the asst manager i admit prior to her passing the phone to the manager . But not once did i curse or get belligerent with the manager so i thought she was very UNPROFESSIONAL . I WILL UPDATE MY REVIEW AS TIME GOES ON . I'VE HAD PLENTY OF BAD RUN INS WITH THIS NEW MANAGEMENT AND BEING THERE'S ALWAYS SOMEONE NEW WHEN I GO TO PAY RENT HAS BEEN ANOTHER ISSUE. NOT TO MENTION SOMEONE MOVES UPSTAIRS FROM ME STARTS PARKING IN MY STALL AFTER I BEEN HERE ALMOST A FULL YEAR AND WHEN I EXPRESS CONCERN TO THE OFFICE THEY COME BANG ON MY DOOR ONE MORNING SAYING TO MOVE MY CAR BECAUSE IT WAS UPSTAIRS SPOT I WAS PARKING IN, REALLY?! WELL THE PEOPLE WHO STAYED THERE PRIOR NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT IT BUT INSTEAD OF THE OFFICE TELLING THE NEW TENANTS THEY HAD THE WRONG STALL OF COURSE THEY MOVE ME . NOT TO MENTION PERSON WHO'S RENTING UPSTAIRS RENTS HIS APT OUT ON AIRBNB.COM TO MAKE $$ SO EVERY FEW DAYS THERE IS SOMEONE NEW ABOVE ME STOMPING AT ALL TIMES OF DAY AND NIGHT KEEPING AWAKE OR AWAKING ME OUT MY SLEEP
