  • Bleh. Food is bleh. This location is lacking big time, which is a shame bc it has potential. I had a caprese sandwich and it was... Well yuck. Like zero effort went into making the food, which reflected the end result. For the price I guess it's okay, but not really. I was underwhelmed with the food here, also tried their pizza, better than the sandwich but eh again. It seems like a cool joint, if they stepped up their game it could be something. They also have gelato next door, didn't try it though. I might... But the espresso "machine" is something that you have in your house, not a restaurant. It's this type of half-@$$ed thinking that holds this place back. All and all, this place is overrated/delusional. Italy, the motherland, real east coast, best of Phoenix, yeah right. I mean like, yeeeeaaaaahhhhhh riiiiiiight. They got a long way to go.
